A twist on the classic caprese salad with mozzarella, basil, and cherry tomatoes on skewers with a balsamic glaze.

Deep fried balls of breaded risotto with a spicy tomato sauce.

Fig, honey and goats cheese on top of griddled ciabatta.

Your Main Dish

steak pissaiola

8oz Ribeye steak served with a pizzaiola sauce and garlic and herb crushed, roasted new potatoes.

Whole shell on muscles tossed in Napoli sauce and fettuccine pasta and toasted ciabatta.
Risotto
Wild mushroom and rosemary risotto topped with vegetarian parmesan and rocket.

Fillet of seabass with Sicilian cherry tomato sauce and Parmenter potatoes.
